On January 13, 2021 a triple programme of salutation of the sarpanches of the nearby villages, Kapada-yajna and Film-shibir was arranged with flying colours in NGAC , Gozaria by the vibrant NSS unit in collaboration with the college library unit. The sarpanches of the nearby nine villages including that of Gozaria remained present and heartily accepted the reverence offered to them by the college-family. They inaugurated the associated programme of Kapada-yajna as part of which clothes are collected and distributed clothes to the needy families. After carrying out this act of community-service on the eve of Uttarayana, the NSS unit maintained its convention of showing worth-watching films to the students. The students felt overjoyed to watch the heroic activities being done by the newly-appointed lady principal Geeta Rani at a government school in the film Madam Geeta Rani and the daring activities of the women against their in-laws and thereby against the concept of the patriarchal society in the Gujarati movie Hellaro. Before the film-shows the convener of the Executive Committee of the managing body Shree J.N.Patel revealed his happiness that the college, which was started with the benevolent aspects of the girl-education in mind, extends its services to the families unto the last in the neighbouring villages. Principal Mrs, Barot appealed the sarpanches and all the others present to help in the only motive of the girls college by preventing lady-students from ending up their curricular journey after clearing their higher secondary exams. The sarpanches responded affirmatively in the response to both these individuals. The entire gathering was offered lunch between the break of the films by the donor Nathabhai Patel. The entire programme got accomplished under the presiding guidance of both the programme-officers along with the support of the entire college staff.
